donor-peter-hill-mdrt-foundationOver the years the Disque Foundation and the Save a Life Initiative have been blessed to receive donations from organizations and individuals who connect with our mission to empower others to save lives. The most recent act of giving comes from a foundation with a huge heart, the MDRT Foundation.

The MDRT Foundation is the charitable arm of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). A global 501(c)(3) grant-making organization exclusive to MDRT members, the MDRT Foundation’s mission is to increase member and industry participation and to provide funds to worthwhile charitable organizations throughout the world.

The MDRT Foundation has a nearly 60-year history of empowering members to be philanthropic leaders in their own communities and internationally, and has successfully contributed more than USD 30 million to organizations in all 50 states and 70 countries.

Peter Hill, ChFC, a 21-year MDRT Member from Des Moines, Iowa, strongly believes in the mission of the MDRT Foundation and the incredible global reach is has. He heard about the Disque Foundation through a friend/colleague Jared Sutton who has been involved with Disque for a number of years. Peter was so impressed with the mission and the global impact it continues to make and wanted to support an organization that aligns with the mission of the MDRT Foundation. He hopes that the grant can continue to empower others worldwide through their Save a Life Initiative.

Thanks to generous donors, corporate sponsors and annual fundraising events, the MDRT Foundation is able to support hundreds of organizations each year through its global grant programs, which serve a diverse range of charitable causes around the globe.

Some of the organizations that have also received funding include Make-A-Wish International, Habitat for Humanity, charity: water, Give Kids the World Village, Heifer International and The Salvation Army.

The entire team at the Disque Foundation would like to thank the MDRT Foundation for its generous giving and its continued support of the Save a Life Initiative at the Disque Foundation.
