After serving as Chief People Officer, Nika Usmanova now continues to support the organization in an advisory role, bringing her expertise in people-first leadership and organizational culture to strengthen its mission of empowering individuals with life-saving skills. In this capacity, she helps the Foundation not only scale its impact but also sustain a healthy, purpose-driven team culture behind the work.

Originally from Ukraine, Nika earned her degree in Social Pedagogy and built her early career in the social work sector. She has volunteered with a charitable school in India and contributed to a variety of nonprofit and community-based international initiatives throughout her life, always guided by a deep belief in the potential of people and the importance of equipping them to make a difference.

Beyond her advisory role, Nika is the founder of Perceptiq, an emerging venture designed to help mission-driven leaders build thriving, self-sustaining teams that create meaningful change. Her long-term vision includes expanding opportunities for empowerment and leadership development in Ukraine and abroad, ensuring that individuals and organizations are equipped to create a future filled with purpose, connection, and transformation – impacting people, communities, and the world at large.
